- Our MuleSoft Account Executives focus on working with Federal Civilian Agencies, engaging existing customers and new leads to drive digital transformation through MuleSoft's AnyPoint Platform APIs. You will work directly with C‑level executives and partner with account teams to achieve customer business objectives.

Territory Federal Civilian Vertical - DHS HQ, Transportation Security Administration (TSA), United States Secret Service (USSS)
Day to Day
Engage with existing customers and new leads, developing strong, positive, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and c‑suite decision makers.
Use skills to develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
Assist with the development and execution of overall long‑term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.
Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs.
Assist with account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.
Share both MuleSoft and Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.
Drive growth within new and existing, assigned accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of full cycle sales experience, at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales.
Experience working in Federal Civilian (aligned to DHS).
Experience in selling technical platforms preferred.
Integration / API Market Awareness.
Management of large key account(s).
Ability to strategize with a large extended team.
Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).

For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $152,650 to $231,200.
