About The Team
TikTok is building out our Solutions Engineering team to help our external clients and partners thrive. As a Solutions Engineer, you will identify and solve challenges by architecting and building solutions, prioritizing client success, and working cross‑functionally to help them reach their business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. Be an expert on TikTok's Ads capabilities and build trust through your deep technical expertise and customer needs.
Collaborate cross‑functionally and globally to identify and capitalize on SMB opportunities through innovative, scalable solutions and best practices.
Understand the unique needs of small and medium‑sized businesses and influence product roadmap with internal product teams to solve business challenges.
Build and ship new products as well as end‑to‑end solutions in collaboration with Ads product engineering teams.
Maintain subject matter expertise on marketing technology and API trends.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields.
1+ years of experience shipping production quality code.
Familiar with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to Python, Go, Java, C/C++.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to collaborate with various sized stakeholder groups internally and externally.
Demonstrated knowledge of API and backend systems design.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in advertising technology working with large volume data analytics.
Experience in growing small and medium‑sized businesses.
Solutions‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and development experience.

Job Information Base salary: $118,657 - $177,000 annually (may vary based on qualifications, location, and experience). Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) match, paid parental leave, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of paid personal time (prorated and accruing with tenure).
