Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally, building trust through deep technical expertise and customer insights.
Collaborate cross‑functionally and globally to identify and capitalize on SMB opportunities using innovative, scalable solutions and best practices.
Understand the unique needs of small and medium‑sized businesses and influence product roadmap with internal product teams to solve business challenges.
Build and ship new products and end‑to‑end solutions in collaboration with Ads product engineering teams.
Maintain subject‑matter expertise on marketing technology and API trends.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
3+ years of experience shipping production‑quality code.
Familiarity with one or more general‑purpose programming languages (Python, Go, Java, C/C++).
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Ability to collaborate with various sized stakeholder groups internally and externally.
Demonstrated knowledge of API and backend systems design.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in advertising technology working with large‑volume data analytics.
Experience in growing small and medium‑sized businesses.
Solutions‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and development experience.

Job Information Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136,800 - $259,200 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day‑one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure). The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
