Warehouse Area Manager
Location: 19681 Commerce Pkwy. Middleburg Heights, OH 44130
Pay: $50,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience.
Shift: Sunday - Wednesday 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM (hours subject to change).

Qualifications
GED/Diploma required; college degree in related discipline preferred.
Minimum 2 years industry experience (logistics, shipping, 3PL) with at least 1 year leadership experience.
Ability to evaluate and summarize data, present findings.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and math skills.
Effective communication skills, constructive feedback.
Experience hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, and evaluating employees.
Responsibilities
Manage, staff, and schedule a team of Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers in an assigned area to ensure quality standards while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Monitor employee progress, provide feedback, identify improvements, and address performance/attendance.
Conduct pre-sort meetings to inform employees of daily goals, events, and safety priorities. Maintain open communication.
Record and manage departures/arrivals and flow of volume from designated Linehauls.
Execute administrative duties including safety training, operational audits, and end-of-shift reporting.
