Join EY as an Industry Strategy & Execution Lead in the Industrials and Energy sector. You will design and drive growth across Global Industries and partner with Region and Service Line leaders to execute strategy and capitalize on strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Connect and collaborate across the Industry to drive growth and market opportunity, aligning cross‑functional efforts with Global and Region leadership.
Drive growth of Strategic and Premier Accounts, overseeing capital allocation and prioritizing investment across sectors.
Shape vision and ambition for the Industry, collaborating with the GIL, Sector Leaders, and Industry Leaders to execute end‑to‑end growth planning and deployment of solutions.
Inform firm‑wide investment decisions, tracking ROI against committed investments and shaping strategy to energize growth.
Co‑lead Industry Board governance, ensuring disciplined board management and representing Industry on editorial boards.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Work through high stakeholder complexity, ambiguity, and conflict, digging deep to surface core pain points.
Create and drive project plans, directing action with tact and diplomacy, and deliver programs from start to finish.
Shift between abstract strategic discussions and operational detail, building trusted relationships across matrix dimensions.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
10+ years of experience with EY or a Global Professional Services firm with a proven track record.
Flexibility to work extended hours across time zones.
