GROUP DIRECTOR - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ($20K SIGN-ON) Hartgrove Behavioral Health System is a 160‑bed psychiatric hospital dedicated to providing quality behavioral health services for all ages. Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital offers inpatient psychiatric and partial hospitalization treatment for children and adolescents, ages 3 to 17. Join our executive leadership team as Group Director of Business Development and help shape community relations across both facilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Community Relations staff.

Develop, implement, and evaluate the hospital’s marketing strategy.

Coordinate participation across departments to support community relations initiatives.

Network with community partners and maintain knowledge of hospital programs and operations.

Develop and maintain community relations policies and procedures.

Qualifications Education:

Master’s Degree in a clinical or related field strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience:

5–10 years senior‑level leadership in business development or community relations, preferably within behavioral health and substance abuse settings. Clinical or administrative experience in psychiatric/hospital environments is preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

Clinical licensure (LCSW/LCPC/LSW/LCP) strongly preferred; valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of marketing concepts and data analytics, behavioral health treatments, account development & management, leadership, team building, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
