Responsibilities
Demand Planning: Maintain and update product-level demand forecasts, review forecast exceptions, analyse trends, support the demand planning calendar, and prepare forecast performance reports.
Supply Planning: Monitor stock levels, review inventory exceptions, support purchase order raising and tracking, monitor supplier OTIF, and issue purchase forecasts to suppliers.
Systems & Data Management: Maintain accurate master data (purchase prices, lead times, minimum order quantities) in supply chain systems (e.g., Slim4, Dynamics AX), support planning activities with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups), and run regular KPI reports.
Continuous Improvement: Prepare data and track progress on supply chain improvement projects, identify opportunities to streamline tasks, and assist with documentation of supply chain processes.
What will make you stand out? Essential
Analytical and numerate, comfortable with large data sets.
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, basic formulas).
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
Good communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
Eagerness to learn and develop within a supply chain environment.
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory planning.
Understanding of key performance indicators such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, stock availability, and inventory days.
Desirable
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX) or demand planning tools (e.g., Slim4).
