Prescient Edge is seeking a
Senior Program Manager
to support a federal government client.

Security Clearance:
Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one.
Description:
Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification/ mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.
Integrates and coordinates all activity needed to satisfy the requirement.
Shall manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification, and resolution, as applicable.
Shall provide corrective action plans, proposal submittals, timely identification of issues, and effective management of Subcontractors.
Shall seek to ensure customer satisfaction and professional and ethical behavior of all Contractor personnel.
Shall continually monitor the status of funds and prepare, submit and revise – if necessary – all contract administrative and financial data reporting.
Responsible for managing that the required manpower support levels throughout the period of performance of the task order.
Desired Experience :
12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
Desired Education:
Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
