Job Description Summary
The On Wing Support (OWS) Technical Records Coordinator works with the operations team to ensure that outgoing documentation from the site is formatted, validated, and compliant with customer expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Consolidate technical documentation to produce a format satisfactory to the customer.
Translate customer requirements into the documentation package received as an output after a work order has been processed.
Audit a technical record pack for completeness to ensure no missing documents or inputs.
Organize and arrange for making the final data set available to the customer for review.
Address any issues the customer faces on technical documentation and highlight them back to the site Quality team for review and amendment.
Facilitate the archiving and record storage solution once a work pack is completed.
Provide historical records when requested by customer teams for historical work orders.
Coordinate in-process shop reports as required by the customer.
Assist with data collection over common errors and work to improve documentation standards for the customer, collaborating with production and quality departments.
Minimum Requirements
Associate's degree (or high school diploma/GED with a minimum 1 year of professional work experience).
1+ years of administrative experience including documentation review and processing.
1+ years of experience with MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Desired Characteristics
Experience with SAP (OASIS) preferable; experience with other large ERP systems also accepted.
Good organizational skills, ability to manage high volumes of transactions.
Attention to detail for accuracy.
Commitment and eagerness to learn; team player to perform services and deliverables set out by the team.
