Minimum 18 years of age

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment

Positive team player with a flexible schedule

Passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment

Ability to plan shifts, monitor performance, and ensure standards are met

Strong communication skills and commitment to quality service

Ability to manage safety, security, and profitability goals during shifts
