General Function The Analyst, ID Cards is responsible for the execution of daily EyeMed Welcome Kit (ID Card) set‑up, testing and production processes, and supporting process and system enhancements.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily execution of end-to-end ID Card production activities (i.e. File monitoring/release, Special Handling, Proofs, Reflags, etc.); escalates identified issues with Supervisor, ID Card Production.

Oversees the ID Card shared mailbox organization, inquiries, responses, etc.

Analyzes, researches, root causes and resolves ID Card issues to determine root cause and communicates findings with Supervisor.

Supports data tracking and reporting of production activities with attention to accuracy and data integrity.

Supports activities for testing and deploying new or changing inventory (i.e. shells, card code set-up, inserts, etc.) upon completion of Marketing design phase.

Identifies process and system improvement opportunities and articulates concepts to leadership.

Supports/consults with cross‑functional partners to promote self‑serve tools, and knowledge of ID Card processes.

Supports activities to implement new system technology solutions to further automate daily processing activities performed by the ID Card Team or broader organizational initiatives.

Maintains open, throughout, and timely communication with Supervisor, ID Card Production regarding any special requests, enhancements, and/or projects to gain alignment prior to commitment to support.

Ensures compliance with all policies, standards of administration, service level agreements, procedures, protocols, compliance, and security guidelines.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar, or equivalent work experience

3+ years of business experience

Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Ability to analyze and interpret data

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities

Proficient in Excel

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of vision benefits and/or insurance industry. Understands third party administration and ability to analyze and interpret plan benefit design

Experience in working in Business Objects, Facets, In‑Design or similar platforms

Detailed working knowledge of computer operations and systems

Knowledge and understanding of the Membership and ID card systems/processes and standards of administration.

Ability to perform data queries/analysis

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
