Business Development Executive - NYC

Responsibilities
Generate high‑quality sales opportunities targeting enterprise accounts
Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans through research, outreach, and building a strong professional network
Implement multi‑channel outreach strategies, testing different outbound methodologies
Track results, optimize approaches, and innovate new prospecting techniques
Build relationships with key representatives at target companies through various channels
Represent Chargeflow at industry events and host networking functions across the US
Collaborate with our marketing team on demand generation initiatives
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads for successful closing
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year business development experience within B2B tech companies
Willingness to travel for events and client meetings
Experience in prospecting and cold outreach with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals
Self‑motivation and KPI‑driven attitude
Team‑centric mindset and ability to work well in a collaborative environment
Strong networking and relationship‑building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience with CRM systems and sales intelligence tools
Ability to sell multiple products and articulate their value to different personas
Domain Knowledge (Advantage)
Domain knowledge in fraud and payments
Domain knowledge in eCommerce
Compensation The base salary range for this position is ~$65,000‑$70,000. This is an incentive‑based role and a significant portion of compensation is based on performance against objectives. Actual salary will be based on qualifications, competencies and experience.
