ACCELERATED MANAGEMENT PROGRAM Seeking a career and not just a job? Daikin’s twelve‑month Accelerated Management Program (AMP) gives students a hands‑on foundation across Branch Operations and Outside Sales tracks.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Counter Sales: Work face‑to‑face with customers, gaining product knowledge and learning our systems and processes.

Warehouse: Hands‑on experience with our products, including shipping and receiving materials.

Inside/Showroom Sales: Further develop daily skills needed to become a successful Branch leader while building relationships with customers and sales force.

Other aspects: Develop leadership skills, provide accurate pricing and inventory information, and maintain relationships.

OUTSIDE SALES FOCUS

Drive business development and prospecting with an actual territory in one of our designated markets.

Managing Customer priorities: Meet the customer’s demand for quick response times, on‑site solutions and on‑time delivery while learning to manage all sales functions for existing and prospective customers.

Houston Training: Visit our corporate location in Houston, TX to network and build relationships with corporate leaders and other support teams.

Other aspects: Focus on new business development, meeting sales goals, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Possesses broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.

No discretion to deviate from established procedures.

EDUCATION/​CERTIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurial Studies or a similar field. Minimum 3.0 GPA overall and in major.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT

Perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.

Long‑term flexibility in location within the region; national opportunities may be available. Willing to relocate after program completion.

Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
