Our competitors at this level are billing $500K to $2M+ per recruiter. You can too. About the Role We’re hiring our
most senior external, client-facing recruiter to date . This is a high-trust, high-impact role reporting directly to
Zach Nold , Crucial Hire’s founder. You’ll run your own desk, lead retained and contingent searches, and help build the next evolution of our firm. You will not be micromanaged. You will be expected to
produce, innovate, and lead . Responsibilities Lead retained and contingency HR searches for Fortune 2000s and high-growth companies Build and maintain deep, trusted client relationships with senior HR leaders Own the business conversation with hiring managers—public and confidential roles Source, screen, and pitch elite HR talent (HRBP, Total Rewards, DEI, HRIS, TA, and more) Cold/warm call into enterprise organizations using 20+ years of warm leads Collaborate directly with Zach on strategic accounts and brand expansion What You Bring Proven
agency recruiter
experience in HR, Marketing, Administration, Finance, or IT Consultative sales ability—you speak
business , not just recruiting A track record of placing six-figure+ roles with precision and pride Discipline, follow-through, and the numbers to back it up The hunger to
build something bigger than yourself Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Certifications or advanced degrees are a plus—but hustle, intuition, and integrity matter more Why Crucial Hire?
