OVERVIEW: We are hiring a highly organized Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing operations and vendor coordination in the Florida market. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that pricing, product availability, and vendor communications are consistent and efficient across all stores. Ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving problems with accuracy and speed. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage day-to-day procurement duties, including system entry and vendor communication. Audit and support invoice management via Marketman. Maintain up-to-date pricing catalogs and vendor records. Coordinate credit requests, delivery follow-ups, and product updates with suppliers. Assist with forecasting by tracking usage and supporting volume analysis. Respond swiftly to store-level issues and help resolve order discrepancies. Provide support during outages and assist with expansion into new locations. QUALIFICATIONS: 1–2 years of procurement or purchasing experience. English and Spanish fluency required. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Flexibility and willingness to commute and physically visit stores. Familiarity with procurement or inventory software (Marketman a plus). Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with various teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage external vendor relationships.
