Manage technical and business analysis of software solutions delivered by software engineers. Drive product teams to capture requirements using techniques such as workshops, data analysis, site visits, and workflow analysis. Lead analysis to identify current business processes or system issues and propose improvements to meet customer needs. Establish milestones, make decisions impacting results, deadlines, and budgets. Provide subject matter expertise and advise on standards, tools, and applications. Lead troubleshooting efforts and prioritize issues. Define requirements for process and system improvements, cost reductions, and business benefits. Manage software quality and process modeling. Mentor junior staff and colleagues. Consolidate business requirements into a backlog (Agile) or requirements document (Waterfall). Oversee creation of use cases, user stories, specifications, diagrams, and documentation. Collaborate with product teams to define acceptance criteria and coordinate testing and issue resolution. Minimum Requirements Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Application, or related field, and 6 years of experience in the role or supporting Oracle EBS financial applications. Also requires 6 years of experience with SQL queries, Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules (Accounts Payable, Purchasing, General Ledger, Order Management), Oracle eBS backend tasks, and Oracle Database schema related to these modules. Experience with Oracle eBS workstreams from end-to-end for Procure to Pay and Order to Cash, and ability to communicate complex technical information. In lieu of a bachelor's, a master's or Ph.D. degree with corresponding experience is acceptable. Additionally, 1 year of experience with Oracle Revenue Management Billing and ServiceNow support application is required. Employee reports to Atlanta, GA, with telecommuting permitted per company policy, but candidates must reside within commuting distance. The compensation includes a base salary of $154,096, with potential for additional incentives. Benefits include flexible paid vacation, holidays, wellness hours, and other leave options.
