Perform requirement gathering, gap and business impact analysis, estimation, design review, schedule and task tracking, project/release planning, and integration, functional, regression, and acceptance testing for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud software development. Manage and implement test design, test approach, testing, story requirement clarification, and provide feedback to the development team applying agile principles. Lead testing effort for medium-to-large sized products, from concept to delivery. Create production implementation and test plans, and validate the production Go Live. Run regression test suite to ensure all scripts are successful. Build, maintain, and run test automation scripts using Tosca. Update smoke testing suite & regression testing suite every sprint to accommodate new features/enhancements. Minimum Requirements Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, business administration, electronic engineering, technology management, or related field and 4 years of experience in software test engineering or software development for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud. Alternatively, a master's or Ph.D. degree in the same fields with corresponding experience is acceptable. Experience or coursework utilizing Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Tricentis Tosca, and Rally is required. Position reports to Atlanta, GA office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of the stated office. The compensation includes a base salary of $116,318 to $144,709, which may vary based on location and candidate qualifications. The position may be eligible for additional incentives.
