Understanding the business requirements and creating user stories for the team. Refining stories with dev teams and estimating the level of effort. Maintain backlog and ensure that stories are added to sprint seamlessly. Use JIRA to create epics. Assist dev teams during development and review the functionality before deployment. Use Confluence to create and store documents. Conduct analysis on best practices and ensure the team is following them. Support business users during Integration testing. Perform the root cause analysis, fix the defects and issues identified in different testing phases. Create process flow diagrams with Lucid Chart. Analyze UX designs with Sketch and Principal. Working with external vendors to implement Analytic Tags on our site to track user interaction. Data analysis and visualization using Tableau. Use SQL and Informatica PowerCenter to create data mappings. API documentation and testing. Perform analysis on the interaction data to analyze the most visited pages and enhance the sitemap to make the SEO process more efficient. Raise tickets on ServiceNow and co-ordinate with support team during issues and incidents after deployment. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Education: Masters Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
Experience: 6 months in job offered or as a Technical Lead
