Roles & Responsibilities • Elicit, document, and validate system and functional requirements from business stakeholders across healthcare operations such as claims, enrollment, billing, provider management, and utilization review, • Design and maintain process flows, data mappings, and system interface specifications. • Conduct GAP Analysis and impact assessments for systems enhancements, migrations, and compliance changes. • Perform source to target data mapping and support integration of backend data sources into enterprise systems. • Partner with development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications • Create and execute test plans for functional, integration and regression testing • Support UAT, defect triaging, and deployment readiness for large scale releases • Leverage SQL, data querying techniques to perform data validation, issue resolution, and reporting support. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, use tools like JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, or similar for tracking deliverables • Ensure HIPAA compliance, data integrity, and adherence to healthcare regulatory standards. • Maintain documentation and artifacts to support internal audits and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills: • 8 + years of experience as a SA in the healthcare domain • Strong experience in analyzing and documenting business processes and system workflows • Adept at writing and optimizing SQL queries for data validation and analysis • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC models • Familiarity with healthcare terminologies and processes Generic Managerial Skills, If any System Analyst
Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000 a Year
