Director Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director, Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex IT systems across the organization. This role requires a strong background in technical architecture, systems integration, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical thinking, technical expertise, and communication skills to drive enterprise-wide technology initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities Architect and oversee the design of complex IT systems across diverse platforms. Lead technical teams in the execution of large-scale infrastructure and software development projects. Guide the development and implementation of integration strategies between applications on different hardware platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to align architectural strategies with business objectives. Apply SDLC best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery. Create and maintain architectural models and graphical representations to support decision-making. Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams, fostering innovation and collaboration. Communicate architectural strategies and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in architecting complex IT systems. 5 years of experience in technical design and analytical problem-solving. 5 years of experience leading technical teams on large-scale projects involving infrastructure and software development. 5 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 5 years of experience building integrations between applications across different platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven leadership and motivational abilities. Experience with modeling tools and creating graphical representations of systems and architectures.
