Description:

Maintain and develop parish website. Assemble and edit the weekly e-newsletter. Communicate parish events and news via social media platforms. Develop print and electronic materials for parish communications, including: Annual report Stewardship report Parish mailings for Christmas, Easter and other occasions Advertisements for events and special publications Maintain a database of parish pictures and videos for use in print and other media publications. Support all parish communication strategies as needed. Hours of Work:

Flexible, in-person and remote in coordination with the supervisor. 10-15 hrs per week. Requirements:

Excellent telephone, communication, and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google; must possess excellent computer skills. Experience using Microsoft Publisher, Adobe InDesign, Mailchimp. Ability to effectively provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and parishioners by telephone, in written form, email, or in person. Must fulfill tasks efficiently; able to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish is desired. Some college or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Demonstrate understanding, respect and support of the Catholic Church and its teaching. Special Directions:
