Base pay range

$97,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Scope of work includes:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable, and fixed assets.
• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash management processes.
• Conduct variance analysis, provide financial insights, and recommend strategies to support business decisions.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Supervise and mentor three accounting staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. Master’s degree or CPA certification preferred.
• 5-7 years experience in a non-public accounting firm.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical skills: strong problem‑solving and financial analysis abilities.
