Quality Manager
Lead and strengthen the organization’s quality systems across production and maintenance. Ensure compliance with industry standards, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of excellence.
Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Ensure Compliance : Maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification and lead efforts toward IATF 16949 accreditation.
Audit & Review : Conduct internal audits, prepare detailed reports, and facilitate Management Review meetings to uphold quality standards.
Customer & Internal Support : Respond to technical inquiries and quality concerns from customers and management promptly and effectively.
Continuous Improvement : Develop and implement programs that enhance processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
Quality Standards : Define and enforce acceptance criteria for products and processes, ensuring consistency and reliability.
Corrective & Preventive Actions : Investigate issues, generate solutions, and track progress to prevent recurrence.
Data Analysis : Collect, analyze, and summarize quality metrics for reporting and decision‑making.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a quality‑related position.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
