Leading Personal Injury Law Firm is searching for an associate attorney to join our Washington Division. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a rapid growth Firm with an outstanding culture & reputation.
Associate Attorney Responsibilities
Communicating directly with clients develop case valuation & strategy
Handle pre-litigation files to settlement
Handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial, if desired
Prepare motions and memorandums of law
Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses
Draft reports and provide file analysis
Candidate Qualifications
WA Bar membership in good standing
2 years of personal injury experience or 5 years overall legal experience
Strong communication and MS Office Skills
Excellent work ethic, be a self-starter and able to litigate a case from beginning to end
Candidate must also have attention to detail and strong organization skills

Excellent writing, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to negotiate settlements for legal disputes with vigor
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must manage highly confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite of Applications, with emphasis on Word, Excel, Outlook
