Our firm is growing, and we’re looking for an empathic, experienced personal injury attorney to help clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. You’ll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. You should have excellent credentials, a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation along with trial case experience, and an authentic passion for helping people. Responsibilities
Converse with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to gather information Modify, review, and draft demand letters, pleadings, claims, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents Govern personal injury case files from inception to completion Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system Perform research on case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case Qualifications
Knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is vital Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory Computer proficiency is essential Three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is a necessity Compensation
$75 - $100 hourly
