Evermore Orlando Resort is an expansive and technically complex property with resort‑owned vacation rentals, a flagship 8‑acre Evermore Bay lagoon, two championship golf courses, extensive water and recreational facilities, and a wide range of amenities. Managing this environment requires sophisticated engineering and operational oversight. Key Responsibilities

Lead sales functions, crafting and coordinating budgets to support the annual sales plan. Leverage industry contacts and grow the network with industry groups and customer groups. Serve as the primary representative for sales and contract negotiations, overseeing booking overflow and house accounts within the group segment. Create and execute a comprehensive sales program based on market insight and competitive analysis. Recommend sales processes, partnerships, and technologies to streamline performance and enable team goals. Monitor sales metrics and adjust to achieve targets. Establish and guide a high‑performing sales team through strategic hiring, coaching, and mentorship. Provide clear strategic direction, execution guidance, and goal‑setting support for the Sales team. Cultivate productive, collaborative partnerships across departments, particularly with the Events team. Maintain a flexible schedule to support weekend and evening business demands. Define and track key performance indicators, providing regular reporting to leadership and managing to the annual sales and expense budget. Continuously explore new ideas by staying connected to resort sales trends and benchmarking best practices. Education, Skills and Experience

College degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of sales director experience in a high‑volume resort with similar vacation homes and amenities. Experience utilizing resort sales systems. Ability to read and understand financials and budgets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding organizational and problem‑solving skills. Self‑starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Alignment with Evermore’s brand and values. Capable of performing in a busy work environment. Physical Requirements

Repetitive hand motions, such as typing. Ability to sit and perform desk work for extended periods. Must lift 25 pounds. Ability to stand, walk long distances, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically. Ability to remain on feet and moving throughout the shift. Work Culture & Environment
