The Sales, Events & Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Sales, Events, Planning and Director of Commercial Services Managers. This will include inquiry management, proposals, generating contracts, creating banquet event orders and billing. The Coordinator also serves as a liaison between the Event Sales Manager and operations at the property, giving hotel tours to guests. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting directly with guests over the phone or in person during site tours and may also serve as the day‑of liaison for event set‑up, ceremony and reception. The right person will learn new computer programs, multitask and complete projects in a timely manner, demonstrating exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills. Responsibilities
Administrative support to the Sales, Events, Planning and Marketing Team Organizing internal bookings Answering phones while in the office and providing guidance to clients on behalf of the Sales, Event and Planning Team Assisting Event Managers with incoming leads Effective management of small meetings, under 10 guests Prepare group resumes and event orders Positive collaboration with hotel departments and vendors Benefits
