What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Qualify M&A prospects by applying investment criteria for rigorous screening
Manage and maintain data quality of M&A prospects in CRM, including reports and dashboards
Conduct primary research on owner-operated businesses and private equity portfolio companies
Analyze market trends, industry sizing, and competitor dynamics related to software M&A
Support ad hoc analysis and special projects with senior M&A and Corporate Development leaders
What is Required (Qualifications)
2-4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, software, or data analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience leveraging AI for research and analysis
High degree of professionalism and integrity
