Advance the M&A strategy to identify new growth areas for the employer
Conduct research and analysis to evaluate potential acquisition targets
Develop complex financial models and analytical frameworks to support key decisions
Manage project execution for acquisitions and strategic partnerships
Source and evaluate investment opportunities for the employer's impact investment fund
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant and progressive experience
Extensive experience in financial modeling and strong analytical skills
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to travel 3-5 times a year for employer-related business
Preferred Qualifications
Prior M&A experience is a plus
A strong interest in expanding educational opportunities for all students
Exceptional communication skills and ability to summarize complex analyses
