Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do Own key areas of external reporting
Support quarterly and annual SEC filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
Assist in the company’s transition from IFRS to US GAAP, building tools, processes, and documentation that drive consistency and compliance.
Partner across Finance, Operations, and Corporate teams to streamline and standardize reporting workflows.
Identify opportunities to enhance analysis, controls, and reporting efficiency across a broad organizational footprint.
Be hands‑on with month‑end & reporting
Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close activities.
Help ensure timely and accurate consolidated financial reporting.
Dig into technical accounting
Research complex or unusual transactions and prepare high‑quality technical accounting memos.
Jump in on special projects that shape the company’s financial narrative.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of professional experience , ideally including Big 4 or large‑company audit experience
Strong US GAAP knowledge
and reporting experience
CPA preferred
