What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as the primary point of contact for Falcon LogScale deployments from project kickoff to technical implementation and project closure
Guide and assist customers in building out complex, resilient, and high-performing application clusters in public and private cloud/on-prem environments
Assist customers with data onboarding tasks, including 3rd party tool audit/logging policy configurations and log transport methodology
Provide guidance with log analysis leveraging search queries based on raw log data, parsing, and dashboard creation
Provide knowledge transfer of Falcon LogScale to customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and five years of experience in systems engineering or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Four+ years’ experience implementing and managing containerized applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm within GCP, Azure, and/or AWS
Experience delivering, managing, and upgrading managed applications in GCP, Azure, and/or AWS environments with high throughput and availability requirements
Experience with developing and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and code using tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane
Strong problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
5+ years of professional DevOps experience providing support for troubleshooting, recovery, and root cause analysis
Experience developing visualizations for security event-related data using Grafana, PowerBI, Elastic, etc.
Experience working with pre-sales teams on technical scoping and requirements gathering, and with post-sales handoffs
Experience translating customer requirements and experiences into feedback for product and engineering teams
