What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide PAC compliance services to clients, ensuring timely filing of PAC reports in compliance with FEC and State regulations

Manage customer requests and maintain service level agreements for PAC compliance services

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their trust and satisfaction

Participate in Sales meetings to discuss PAC compliance services with prospects

Learn and utilize various software applications to assist in PAC management and reporting

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in providing PAC-related services

Proven experience leading projects while engaging internal and external stakeholders

Expertise in at least one (1) relevant area: Political Action Committees, Public Affairs, Grassroots Advocacy, Stakeholder Mapping/Management, Legislative Tracking, or Data Insights

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to project milestones

Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and relationships

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with technology solutions that enhance PAC management and compliance processes

Background in government affairs or advocacy-related fields
