Compliance Manager, PAC
DDC Public Affairs is recruiting for a
Compliance Manager
to join our PAC Services team. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple, complex clients assisting them in managing their PACs. This individual will serve in both a consultative role and as a subject matter expert providing both compliance and application support.
Duties / Responsibilities
Serve as PAC administrator for clients
Research federal and state campaign finance and reporting requirements
Prepare, review and file federal and state campaign finance reports
Advise clients on registration, reporting and contribution requirements at federal and state level
Review monthly bank statements and prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports
Prepare contribution checks for clients
Serve as liaison between client and federal and state reporting agencies
Work in a consultative role directly with clients answering PAC inquiries
Work with internal DDC teams supporting PAC clients including technical support and strategic communications
Required Skills / Abilities
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience providing FEC and state-level compliance support
Experience managing clients in an agency environment strongly preferred
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in compliance software applications and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability to interface directly with all levels of management and develop positive, cross‑functional working relationships
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range:
$87,500 - $90,000
