Lead the planning and execution of complex programs across multiple departments and teams in the Finance Technology domain Create and manage project schedules, change control processes, and documentation to ensure timely delivery within budget Identify project risks and present implementable solutions while managing dependencies and stakeholder communication Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software lifecycle to drive solutions that meet business requirements Leverage expertise in Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Audit to support various technology implementations What is Required (Qualifications)
12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Finance or Risk Systems projects PMI/PMP or Scrum certification Strong program/project management skills with proven experience in coordinating projects across multiple teams Deep understanding of Risk, Compliance, and Audit reporting philosophies Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document findings and proposals clearly How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience implementing Risk, Compliance, or Audit applications Knowledge of ADO (Azure DevOps) Certification or experience in LEAN principles and practices Familiarity with industry-leading ERP solutions such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP Effective leadership qualities with the ability to influence without direct management authority
