What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead and manage complex programs across multiple departments to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and manage change control processes
Identify project risks and present detailed solutions or alternatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project dependencies are addressed and milestones are met
Engage in cross‑functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle to support various implementations
What is Required (Qualifications):
12+ years of experience managing large‑scale Finance or Risk Systems projects
PMI/PMP or Scrum certification
Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
10+ years of experience working with industry‑leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Hyperion, Workday, or SAP)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document findings and proposals clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Prior Financial Services Industry experience with a solid understanding of Risk/Compliance and Audit applications
Experience or certification in LEAN principles and practices
Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
Effective leadership qualities with the ability to influence without direct management authority
Awareness of ADO is preferable
