Manager, Private Equity Fund Accounting and Valuation We are seeking a driven professional at Manager level with a desire to work within a Private Equity finance, fund accounting, and valuation function.

The position is wide in scope – includes private equity fund accounting, valuation, treasury & cash flow management, collaboration with the investment team on portfolio company valuations, collaboration with investor relations on presentation materials and fundraising, financial reporting, performance analysis, deal closing projects, and coordination with the taxation team.

Total Compensation Package: ~$180‑$210k

(including Base Salary, Annual Bonus, Profit Sharing)

The company doesn't expect candidates to know how to perform all responsibilities from day 1; ramp‑up takes about 1 year, achieved through formal training, shadowing peers, manager mentorship, and starting with simpler funds before progressing to more complex structures.

Qualifications

6+ years of relevant experience.

Audit, Tax, Valuation, Finance or Fund Accounting experience is very helpful.

Project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi‑task.

Strong Excel skills; experience with tools such as Alteryx and ability to learn new systems is very helpful.

Can‑do attitude, excellent communication skills, and desire to learn.

About the Team This position is part of a 4‑person private equity finance team supporting technology and Life Sciences / Med Device investments, with mentorship from senior leadership.
