The Role We're scaling fast! We need a self-driven hunter account executive to join our growing sales team. You'll manage the full sales cycle, closing 5 and 6-figure deals with top-100 insurance brokerages while building executive relationships and contributing to our evolving sales strategy. This role reports to our CEO.

What You'll Do

Manage full sales pipeline from lead to close with excellent follow-through

Close new-logo sales in top brokerages (Marsh, Aon, Gallagher, HUB)

Build executive relationships as trusted advisor on workflow automation and AI

Navigate complex procurement processes and negotiate win-win outcomes

Guide prospects through their AI journey with deep industry knowledge

Nurture post-close relationships with CS and AM

Contribute to refining our sales playbooks and team culture

Who You Are

4+ years selling B2B software to enterprise customers

Track record of consistent quota achievement or overperformance

Experience closing 5 and 6-figure ACV contracts

Strong presentation and communication skills

Thrives in ambiguity and can adapt quickly

Experience in insurance or fintech (preferred)

Early startup sales experience (bonus)

Compensation

OTE: $300,000+ with uncapped commission
