The Role
We're scaling fast! We need a self-driven hunter account executive to join our growing sales team. You'll manage the full sales cycle, closing 5 and 6-figure deals with top-100 insurance brokerages while building executive relationships and contributing to our evolving sales strategy. This role reports to our CEO.
What You'll Do
- Manage full sales pipeline from lead to close with excellent follow-through
- Close new-logo sales in top brokerages (Marsh, Aon, Gallagher, HUB)
- Build executive relationships as trusted advisor on workflow automation and AI
- Navigate complex procurement processes and negotiate win-win outcomes
- Guide prospects through their AI journey with deep industry knowledge
- Nurture post-close relationships with CS and AM
- Contribute to refining our sales playbooks and team culture
Who You Are
- 4+ years selling B2B software to enterprise customers
- Track record of consistent quota achievement or overperformance
- Experience closing 5 and 6-figure ACV contracts
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Thrives in ambiguity and can adapt quickly
- Experience in insurance or fintech (preferred)
- Early startup sales experience (bonus)

- OTE: $300,000+ with uncapped commission
