Improve performance, reliability, and scalability through tuning, monitoring, and observability best practices.
Support ongoing operations, sustainment, and enhancement of mission-critical services.
Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to architectural decision‑making.
Evaluate technical requirements, estimate effort, and create high-quality designs and documentation.
What You Bring
Technical Expertise
Hands‑on experience with LLMs, RAG frameworks, and agentic AI systems.
Deep understanding of AWS cloud architecture, services, SDKs, and APIs.
Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
Experience with observability and search platforms (Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, etc.).
Solid grounding in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Strong Java development skills for distributed, networked, multi-threaded systems.
Agile development experience with modern source control and collaboration tools.
Strong Linux fundamentals and the ability to script in languages like Python, Ruby, or Perl.
Familiarity with microservices architectures and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
Understanding of security and compliance best practices for cloud-native systems.
Who You Are
You’re an engineer who brings independence, curiosity, and technical rigor to every challenge. You thrive in collaborative environments, communicate clearly, and know how to balance performance, cost, resilience, and scalability. You’re able to diagnose complex issues, craft elegant solutions, and elevate the work of those around you.
