Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Developer, to join our team in McLean, VA.
Clearance Active TS/SCI W/ CI Polygraph (existing clearance required to start)
Location Tysons, VA
Overview
Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform, including, but not limited to: ITSM, SPM>PPM, APW, CMDB, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, ATF, DevSecOps, Service Portal, HR Module, Change Management, Custom Development, etc..
Develop and unit test, conduct code reviews, and assist in building the pipeline for continuous integration/continuous delivery
Customize ServiceNow applications, facilitate roll-out of new applications and modules, and configure application UI, workflow, and API
Maintain configuration management on the ServiceNow platform across all environments
Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators for solution development and general configuration updates/requests
Engage with Mission Partners to define IT goals and advise on re-engineering of business processes to meet those goals
Provide expertise in standards and validations (e.g., ISO 9000)
Facilitate group sessions, conduct interviews, provide training, and transfer knowledge
Coordinate between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of re-engineering efforts
Promote awareness training and implementation of business processes
Develop process documentation, testing materials, workflows, and work plans
Lead and/or participate in requirements presentations to leadership and Mission Partners as needed
Coordinate across various departments to accomplish project tasks
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of related experience (with Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field); or 4 years with Master’s; or 8 years with Associate’s
Extensive backend development experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide
ServiceNow developer certification, preferably Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Familiarity with best practices across commercial and federal sectors for workflow and process management
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with industry partners
Efficient and appropriate estimation of work effort requirements
Effective communicator in a fast-paced environment
Strong public speaking skills and professional demeanor
Experience with scrum and agile development frameworks including task management, stand-ups, sprint reviews, requirements gathering, and documentation
Nice To Have
Configuration Management experience and relevant certifications
Graphics design or UX/UI design experience
Experience with HTML/CSS and Jelly scripting
Prior experience within the Intelligence Community
