Role Summary
Senior Analyst, Operations plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing operational initiatives by managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables. This position involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement scalable solutions that drive business results. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills to effectively coordinate resources, monitor progress, and provide actionable insights. By applying operational best practices and fostering stakeholder partnerships, the Senior Analyst contributes to continuous process improvement and supports the achievement of strategic objectives within a dynamic business environment.
About the Team The Operations Control Management team within Last Mile Delivery is dedicated to establishing and maintaining robust operational controls and standards that support operational excellence. This team collaborates closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Government Policy partners to implement effective controls, monitor industry developments, and drive continuous process improvements. Focused on scalable solutions, the team prioritizes risk reduction and business continuity. Members are detail‑oriented, proactive, and committed to enhancing operational efficiency while aligning efforts with broader business objectives to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Conduct in‑depth analysis of business processes, performance metrics, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision‑making across cross‑functional teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into actionable analytical solutions.
Support strategic initiatives by providing data‑backed recommendations and scenario modeling.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality checks.
Assist in the development and refinement of KPIs and performance tracking mechanisms.
Present findings and insights in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in operations and business analysis with strong prioritization and timeline management skills.
Ability to design, implement, and improve operational processes and tools to support scalable business growth.
Expertise in facilitating cross‑functional collaboration and communicating project plans and status to multiple stakeholders.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the capacity to identify root causes and recommend data‑driven solutions.
Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and aligning work with company values and mission.
Proficiency in developing and managing project deliverables while adapting to changing organizational needs.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
