We are looking for a driven warehouse manager who is also interested in long-term growth within our organization.

Key Requirements

2-4 years of management experience in a related field

2 years of Warehousing experience

Ability to use Shipstation for order management

Ability to take product photos with a company-supplied camera or phone

Proficient in Shopify or Ability for product management

Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50+ pounds.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Dependability, reliability, and a proactive work ethic.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with warehouse operations and industry-specific terminology preferred.

Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Accept and verify incoming orders and shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Process, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely shipment.

Receive, inspect, and manage inventory shipments, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.

Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate stock records.

Ensure all orders are shipped accurately and meet delivery timelines.

Maintain compliance with warehouse procedures and industry terminology, including familiarity with warehouse and bourbon terminology as applicable.

Safely handle inventory and equipment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.

Lift, move, and load items weighing up to 50 pounds or more, demonstrating physical stamina.

Demonstrate dependability and reliability in completing assigned tasks.

Adapt to changing priorities and workflow requirements with flexibility.

Uphold a strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.

Safeguard inventory through proper handling and storage procedures.

Follow established processes, safety protocols, and instructions accurately.

Engage in positive customer correspondence and support activities.

Manage inventory purchasing and replenishment processes.

Contribute to strategic and financial planning related to inventory management.

Support sales activities through customer interaction and product promotion.
