Your Impact & Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the San Diego team
Oversee office operations: P&L, marketing, new business, and renewals
Hire, retain, and develop top talent
Build strong relationships with clients, agents, carriers, and producers
Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, policies, and contracts
You’ll Bring:
5+ years in E&S commercial multi-line underwriting/production
3+ years leading sales teams with direct management experience
Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and grow a team
Strong relationship-building, sales, and organizational skills
Insurance license required; CPCU, CIC, or equivalent preferred
