ITAR-Compliant Role Prototek is seeking an accomplished Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial strategy and drive scalable revenue growth. As a key member of the executive team, you will oversee all aspects of revenue generation, customer engagement, sales leadership, pricing strategy, and performance reporting. This is a high-impact role for a results-oriented commercial leader with a proven track record in B2B manufacturing environments.

ROLE PRIORITIES
Revenue Generation : Build and execute growth strategies across direct and digital channels.
Customer Acquisition & Retention : Strengthen customer relationships and enhance satisfaction.
Sales & Marketing Leadership : Lead and develop high-performing commercial teams.
Pricing, Quoting & Estimating : Oversee RFQ operations, pricing strategy, and win-rate performance.
Performance Measurement & Reporting : Maintain robust CRM discipline, KPIs, analytics, and executive reporting.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Advanced customer engagement and business development skills
Advanced pricing, negotiation, and contractual expertise
Strong business acumen and strategic planning ability
Advanced relationship management and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation ability

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
10+ years in senior commercial leadership (CCO, VP Sales, VP BD)
Proven B2B commercial leadership and sales growth success
Industry experience: Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Industrial, or Electronics
Success leading and developing large teams
Experience with digital and AI-driven commercial sales platforms
MBA or equivalent senior-level business education preferred
