We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in developing machine learning models and AI workflows to support automated design systems. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of software engineering expertise and data science skills, with proficiency in deploying scalable AI/ML solutions using AWS SageMaker and other AWS services. This role also requires hands-on experience in model optimization, neural networks, and DevOps integration.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop AI/ML models and workflows using advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques
Enable automation of design processes through model development and system integration
Establish and enforce design standards and model assurance processes for scalability and deployment
Lead by example and mentor junior engineers through documentation, training, and technical leadership
Integrate and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/Git for version control and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to meet product and design requirements
Troubleshoot and debug complex system-level issues in object-oriented development environments
Document design approaches clearly and completely for team-wide accessibility and reuse
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in data science or AI/ML engineering Strong programming background in C/C++ and/or Python At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker Exposure to AWS Lambda, API Gateway, AWS Amplify, AWS Serverless technologies, AWS Cognito, and AWS Security Experience with object-oriented software design and debugging Knowledge of optimization techniques and algorithm development Hands-on experience with neural networks and deep learning Experience with Agile methodologies and working in multi-disciplinary teams Effective communication and documentation skills Strong teamwork and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and quality standards Preferred Skills:
Experience with Perl, Python, R, MATLAB, or shell scripting Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch Understanding of CNNs, RNNs/LSTMs Knowledge of data management principles and distributed data systems Experience with reinforcement learning and evolutionary algorithms
