As a Commercial Product Manager II for Payment Facilitation, you will be part of a fast‑paced team that is tasked with identifying, scoping, and launching new & cutting‑edge solutions that enable B2B software companies to provide embedded payment services to their customers. You will work closely with internal teams (across Product, Risk, Marketing, Sales, etc.) and external partners to launch & grow the Payment Facilitation business (i.e., drive data & market analysis, define & execute marketing campaigns, build & prioritize our product roadmap, build & execute phased go‑to‑market strategies).
This role has significant autonomy on recommending work for the product & partnership teams, prioritizing backlog, and developing our Payment Facilitation roadmap. This decision‑making has a large impact on the actual product roll‑out and requires strong analytical decision‑making and strategic thinking. In collaboration, this role can make decisions on how processes are carried out, including research, user stories, feature implementation decisions, and timeframes. This role will make recommendations but also follow appropriate processes for approvals, (e.g.: on new vendors, product changes, risk policies, etc.).

Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and contribute towards multi‑functional workstreams (functional and technical) around core payment facilitation product and the embedded payments business.
Proactively help guide the product strategy, contributing towards the development of go‑to‑market approaches, product vision, and roadmap development/management.
Contribute and lead in development of program processes, controls, and documentation to align with business objectives. Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment between product, business, and organizational needs.
Partner with multi‑functional stakeholders to lead, coordinate, and contribute towards the development and delivery of functional and technical workstreams.
Compile and analyze data within client portfolios and market research. Compile results into actionable insights for use in product development. Present findings through both written and verbal communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in product, analytics/data, and/or consulting OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in product, analytics/data, and/or consulting.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record in owning product strategy and influencing roadmap decisions in complex multi‑stakeholder environments.
Deep domain knowledge of embedded finance, B2B Payments, and PayFac Models, including regulatory and operational frameworks.
Experience working with cross‑functional teams with executive stakeholders, engineering, design, risk, compliance, and external partners to drive high‑impact outcomes.
Strong experience in an agile development environment, roadmap planning, and go‑to‑market execution.
Demonstrate ownership of full product lifecycle including product discovery, launch, and iteration.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to present to senior leadership and influence across teams without direct authority.
Familiarity with financial KPIs, margin models, and operational scalability considerations in product design.
Excellent problem‑solving & strategic ability; must be able to structure white‑space problems, think creatively, generate hypotheses, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
Demonstrated leadership within an individual contributor role including mentoring peers, leading through influence, and contributing to product culture and best practices.
Strong analytical thinking; must be able to independently drive quantitative & qualitative research.
The base pay for this position is generally between $98,000.00 and $131,000.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non‑discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
