Growing Life/Annuity and Executive Benefits Insurance brokerage firm is seeking experienced candidates who can continue our long‑standing commitment to building strong business relationships through exceptional administration and service.
Position Overview:
In this non‑team‑management role you will be the main point of contact for day‑to‑day activities surrounding the ongoing servicing of an existing group of clients, ranging from direct insurance carriers to banks, and high‑level executive and other related subcontractors such as TPAs. You will handle and oversee client deliverables, client reporting, and onboarding of active and prospective clients in partnership with carrier partners. You will also work closely with one or more of the principals and sales support teams on special projects as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and cultivate existing relationships with assigned clients.
Provide weekly/monthly reporting, review, and delivery.
Prepare and deliver annual review reports.
Handle related administrative work for non‑qualified benefit plans, stock plans, etc.
Process claims for assigned clients.
Support policy and benefit plan changes and financial transactions.
Facilitate client‑initiated and carrier‑related requests.
Act as liaison for vendor companies such as record keepers or TPAs.
Maintain a client servicing calendar.
Ensure electronic files are properly organized using SharePoint.
Conduct special project work, assist in preparing materials and analytics for the sales process.
Manage new purchase enrollments and build tracking spreadsheets per enrollment.
Provide daily enrollment statistics to clients.
Collaborate directly with carriers on enrollment‑specific underwriting issues.
Collaborate directly with clients on underwriting support and guidance issues.
Required Education & Licenses:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Experience:
Executive benefit plans, non‑qualified/deferred compensation plans, phantom stock plans, COLI, split dollar, bank‑owned life insurance, private placement VUL.
Vendor Partner Experience:
Strong preference for experience working with record‑keeping companies and TPAs.
