About The Role The Facilities Associate I will assist with the maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities by performing duties that ensure operational reliability and compliance.
What You’ll Do Here
Notify management when major repairs or additions are needed to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
Maintain the building by performing general painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, boiler maintenance, and other related maintenance activities.
Oversee and assist with HVAC, make minor repairs, and conduct environmental monitoring.
Maintain records on equipment to GLP Standards.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
High School Diploma/GED and 1+ year of construction‑related experience/training.
1+ Years facilities maintenance experience.
Basic computer skills.
English proficiency needed to read industry documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak before groups of employees and customers.
