The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in managing their team's workflow by assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management. They ensure safety and efficiency by improving processes, setting team targets, and acting as a link between employees and upper management. Supervisors are also responsible for coaching and resolving issues. Work Location:

Monday - Thursday 5pm-5am Compensation/Benefits:
Attractive annual salary of $75,000- 85,000 depending on experience plus bonus with benefits including PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education. #IND123! Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with some college level study is required. 3+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role. Strong oral and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Microsoft Office Suites experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
