About the Role We’re looking for

driven, entrepreneurial, and network‑savvy

individuals to join us as

Business Development Representatives (BDRs)

on a

100% commission basis . This is your chance to build a rewarding career, earn

uncapped income , and help businesses solve hiring challenges in a smarter, more scalable way.

What You’ll Do

Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound prospecting, networking, warm and cold leads in assigned markets.

Educate prospects on the destinationone RAASS model and how it solves traditional recruitment pain points.

Educate prospects on other HR advisory services we offer.

Generate qualified leads and close subscription service bundles (monthly RAASS, executive bundles, hybrid options) and other HR advisory services.

Represent the brand professionally to C‑suite, HR leaders, and small‑to‑medium business owners.

Track your sales pipeline, follow up, and maintain client relationships to upsell or cross‑sell.

Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment team to ensure delivery success.

Keep CRM organized and updated on a daily basis.

Attending trade shows to seek out prospects and represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements

You’re

self‑motivated , goal‑driven, and hungry to earn.

You have a

strong network

and love connecting with decision‑makers.

You thrive in performance environments where

your results = your reward.

You have 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, recruitment, HR tech, or professional services (preferred).

You’re comfortable working remotely and using CRM tools to manage leads.

of revenue from new RAASS subscription deals.

5%

of final placement fees on Hybrid Contingency deals.

Residual earnings from upsells and reactivated dormant clients.

Potential eligibility for

employee pricing share options

after tenure/performance benchmarks.

Potential eligibility to convert to a full‑time position with a base salary and commission.
